grateful ramblings.

• After a quick month and a half of planning (for 56 people: ready, go!), our Hawaii trip went off without a hitch.
• *phew*
• I was so humbled to see our team and their significant others (our unofficial extended team) bring a sunny, positive, adventurous and grateful attitude to every piece of the trip.
• (their continuous thank you's made my spirit feel huge).
• We experienced the most awesome whale watch cruise together; gasping in mutual delight as big mama humpback rose up from the water, less than 50 yards away, resembling a submarine in her massive size.
• I mean seriously, what could be cooler than watching a sub-sized whale off the shores of Hawaii?....
  
• ....watching a baby whale, duh! Playful and darling, this little sea mammal put on quite a show for us. At one point he/she even swam directly under our boat.
  
• (it took every ounce of my strength not to dive in for a humpback hug).

• Ya know....
  
• Folks often confess their jealousy over our office dynamics and the benefits that come along with how well we get along and create together.
• Folks also confess, bluntly, they wish they worked for Weebly (or a company like us).
  
• To them I say: That which you manifest, lies ahead.
• And I fully admit:
  
• It's so nice to be supported and encouraged by your coworkers.
  
• It's even nicer to genuinely call them  your friends.
• (sometimes, they drive me nuts).
• But that's how it is with family, I suppose.
